The modern holiday home, in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, renovated in June 2023, with one independent bedroom, has a practical and sustainable design, smart locks so you don't have to worry about keys and unlimited high speed wifi. It is also exterior and very bright, located in a lively pedestrian area with a wide gastronomic offer.
Accommodation of 36 m2 has a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and cookware.

Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction, also less than 5 minutes walk from the shopping area of Mesa Y Lopez.
Great to enjoy walks along the avenue or on the beach and watch spectacular sunsets.

Overall a very pleasant stay. There are a couple of bars located right under the large window but it’s not too bad. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a supermarket right there. The only issue was the shower leaking. see more
