Cosy holiday home in the form of a studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, interior but charming, renovated and modern just a few meters from the beach of Las Canteras.
Accommodation of 25 m² in very well used with bedroom and living room integrated with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, coffee maker... The flat also has an iron, hairdryer and Smart Tv.
Unlimited Wifi connection. It has a capacity for 2 people.
The property is located 75 m from the sandy beach Playa de Las Canteras, in the heart of the city.

A few meters from the beach avenue, surrounded by all the services of shops, restaurants and leisure - In the surroundings you have 60 m from the restaurant "Madre del Amor Hermoso", 100 m from the supermarket Spar, 4 km from the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf"; as for visits around our beautiful island, 22 km away you can discover the charming Canarian village of Teror or discover the north coast of the island in Agaete at 34km. At 58 km and in the south of the island, you can enjoy the leisure activities offered by the amusement park Holiday World Maspalomas or the water park, " Aqualand ".
"Las Canteras Beach is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
It is also a great marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers. And it has a special peculiarity. This peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rocky formation that spreads out not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is out. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you want to walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafés and ice-cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafés facing the sea.

Very nice and clean apartment, exactly as described. Shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance laundromat around the corner. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a solo traveler.
