This delightful apartment, located in a building with a lift opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. You will also have a large terrace where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a glass of wine on cool summer nights.
This apartment, located directly opposite the train station but on the opposite side of the Grand Canal, is an excellent starting point to explore the city as it is close to the Ferrovia vaporetto stop which will take you everywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark's Square to the Lido beaches or directly to the airport. It can be reached in a few minutes from the Ferrovia by crossing just one bridge, while from Piazzale Roma it is reached by crossing two small bridges.
The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home, you will find a supermarket 400m away.
Comprising a small living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, it is suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 4 people.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, autonomous heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and TV.
