Just a stone's throw from this apartment with its majestic and expertly researched design is St. Mark's Square, and the Rialto Bridge and Rialto Market are reached in a 10-minute walk.
The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, and consists of: a spacious living room with living and dining areas, a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs, two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
The nearest vaporetto stop is "San Zaccaria" from which you can easily reach the train station, Piazzale Roma, the Tronchetto, Marco Polo Airport and the Lido beaches.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. We’ve stayed at the Palazzo Sor Noble before in 2023.

A lot has changed since 2023.
Check-in was a mess and is clearly contracted to an independent third party. This led to significant confusion and a lot of miscommunication as, while I thought I was WhatsApp messaging Rent&Relax, I was just messaging a contractor. The contractor knew nothing about our booking, or about the place. On the 15-Oct, the HVAC system is switched from cool air conditioning to heat. No one from Rent&Relax, nor this independent contractor bothered to turn off or reset the HVAC. As a result, we arrived to a large apartment that had had the heat blasting on full all day long so the temperature inside was 33 to 35+ degrees Celsius. Making the situation much worse, as it was the 15th October there was no air conditioning to cool the place down. We opened windows which then led to mosquitos eating us alive all night … and the place never cooled off to a reasonable temperature. Unfortunately, this was the situation for our entire stay as we just could not get the place to cool down even using the fans provided. The palazzo apartment is located right at the intersection of two canals. Even during normal times there is a lot of noise from gondolas, people having a great time, and from deliveries. With no air conditioning and having to keep the windows open the noise level was awful. Making the situation even worse, there is now construction renovation for the entire building directly across from the palazzo and to the right — so much noise! |

For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450m there are two convenience stores.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

Welcoming apartment near the Biennale Gardens, ideal for exploring Venice. On the first floor are the double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, while the mezzanine offers two single beds perfect for friends or family. The area is very convenient for visiting San Marco, reaching the Lido and fully experiencing the atmosphere of the Biennale.
