Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The bright living room with kitchen, the bathroom with shower and the two bedrooms, one double and a loft with two single beds, are perfect to give you all the space and privacy you need during your stay, between one walk and another. Refined and classy, the apartment has every comfort such as air conditioning for the hottest evenings, autonomous heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, hair dryer, iron and an equipped kitchen. In the surroundings you can find some typical taverns and wine bars, which will take you on a culinary journey with the typical flavours of this city. If, on the other hand, you prefer a quieter evening in the intimacy of your home, you will find a supermarket just 200m away. In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the 'Giardini' vaporetto stop, which will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo international airport and other evocative places like the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beautiful Lido island where you can find a sandy beach, an excellent solution for the hottest summer days. Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm; if a check-in outside the established time is necessary, it will be possible to agree on a time by applying an additional cost. At check-in, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night. The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the guest.

A 15-minute walk will take you to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, while just a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano. Tastefully furnished with a clean and modern design, this accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances. In addition, there is a communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building. Two mini-markets are within a 450m radius. Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm.
