A small hallway connects us to the bedroom and bathroom, distinguishing the rooms well, overcoming the limits of the reduced size. Although minimal furnishings are functional with neutral shades. The brightness of the apartment is guaranteed by the large windows with access to the balconies.
Holidaycasa Ida is equipped with internet access, flat screen TV, bed linen, bath towels.

Casa molto pulita. Ma con pochi armadi... Per mettere i vestiti per 4 persone.. Casa caldissima.... E senza zanzariere per poter almeno aprire le finestre.

Sicuramente una cassettiera in più zanzariere in modo che almeno passi aria senza dover tirare giù tutta la serranda.... E magari se la propetaria avvertisse del suo rientro senza farmi prendere un grosso spavento ritrovandomela davanti all improvvissee more

Discover the charm of life in an authentic seaside village with our studio apartment for four people in the historic center of Sperlonga. Holidaycasa Lavinia is a modern and comfortable 25 m2 apartment that has been designed to guarantee a pleasant experience and maximum comfort during your stay. A few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, with a central location that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the alley of Sperlonga, it is about 300 meters from the beach by taking a stroll on our beautiful belvedere terrace. The studio flat is located in via Lebina, near the "Mar Vino" bar. As soon as we enter there is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The walls are painted white and there are two large windows which give a great brightness and a fantastic exchange of air. There is a living area with a sofa that seats two and a table. The mezzanine sleeping area, height of about 1.40 meters, with a double bed. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower. Overall, the studio is a cozy and functional place, perfect for four people.1 review
