Holidaycasa Lavinia is a modern and comfortable 25 m2 apartment that has been designed to guarantee a pleasant experience and maximum comfort during your stay. A few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, with a central location that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the alley of Sperlonga, it is about 300 meters from the beach by taking a stroll on our beautiful belvedere terrace.
The studio flat is located in via Lebina, near the "Mar Vino" bar. As soon as we enter there is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The walls are painted white and there are two large windows which give a great brightness and a fantastic exchange of air. There is a living area with a sofa that seats two and a table. The mezzanine sleeping area, height of about 1.40 meters, with a double bed. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower. Overall, the studio is a cozy and functional place, perfect for four people.
