TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking deposit:
A security deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation (plus any extras) will be required by the holidaycasa at the time of booking. This deposit can be paid by credit card, paypal account or bank transfer. Other methods of payment will not be accepted
If no payment is received by MG srl (holidaycasa) within 7 working days from the date of booking, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking, without any obligation of notice.
The remaining 70% of the amount of the reservation, as the balance of the same, will be required on the date of check-in. For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of check-in, full payment of the reservation is required. Upon receipt of the balance due, customers will receive arrival instructions.
No communication, or invoice or letter of confirmation will be sent to the tourist, until receipt of 30% of the amount of the reservation.
Holidaycasa reserves the right to request full payment for reservations for special events, festivals at the time of booking. If these conditions occur, customers online will be contacted after making a reservation to pay the balance required.
Customers who book by phone at one of our locations will be required to pay the deposit of 30% at the time of booking.
In case of no show at the check-in date the customer will be charged 100% of the amount of the reservation plus any other extras.
Change your reservation:
In case the customer needs some changes on his reservation, if possible, the customer will no longer be entitled to any kind of refund, according to the cancellation policy of MG srl (holidaycasa).
In the unlikely event that the accommodation booked by the customer is not available, MG srl (holidaycasa) will provide the customer with a level of accommodation equal to or greater than that indicated. In case of availability exhausted the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.
Cancellation by the customer of the booking contract:
In case of cancellation of the booking, the customer must immediately inform MG srl (holidaycasa) by email.
According to how long before the date of check in the customer is required to pay in the manner and time as indicated below:
- If the cancellation of the reservation occurs more than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest can cancel free of charge, and the 30% paid will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation of the reservation takes place within 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will have to pay and will lose 30% of the rental amount.
Costs of using the property:
The customer will not be required to pay any extra for the use of water, electricity, gas, electricity for reservations from 1/04 to 31/10, for customers who book after these dates will be charged the cost of utilities. will be made a reading of utilities at the time of entry of the customer, who will pay these utilities at check-out. If the customer does not pay the amount related to the consumption of utilities, this amount will be retained from the security deposit.
Deposit required:
A security deposit of €150 will be required at the time of check-in.
This amount will be charged to your credit or debit card upon arrival and automatically refunded to your card between 5 and 15 days after the date of check-out after checking the holiday home.
Failure to comply with the rules including leaving the house in unsuitable conditions and in accordance with the rules (which will be delivered to the customer before entry) will result in the total or partial loss of the security deposit.
MG srl (holidaycasa) reserves the right to apply a higher deposit rate at certain times of the year, such as New Year's Eve or during festivals. Some types of reservations must be notified prior to arrival.
Customers' credit card data will be processed in accordance with GDPR data processing and storage regulations.
The customer is required to communicate any difficulty or break within 24 hours of his entry, the same will be promptly arranged and resolved. For all problems communicated during the stay after 24 hours from check-in. they can be attributed to the customer, after verification, and quantify the damage.
Arrival and departure times:
The customer is required to notify the exact arrival time to the agency/agents on site 48 hours prior to the arrival date. In case of failure to notify MG srl (holidaycasa) reserves the right to cancel.
If the time communicated 48 hours in advance to the agent / agency on site will not be respected, the customer will be charged an arrival fee of €25.
Right to refuse/modify:
In case of unforeseen circumstances or causes not attributable to the company for which the accommodation could not be occupied by the guest during the booked period, the Company will provide the customer with another accommodation with characteristics at least equal or superior without any refund to be paid by all parties. No responsibility will be attributed to MG srl (holidaycasa).
Behaviour:
MG srl (holidaycasa) reserves the right to terminate the booking contract if the customer does not respect the rules of the house or has bad conduct or unsuitable conduct.
Accommodation capacity:
For security reasons, the total number of customers staying in each holiday home must not exceed the maximum capacity.
In the case of a holiday home, there are more people in it than are stipulated in the contract.
MG srl (holidaycasa) reserves the right to cancel the booking contract.

Holiday home Pet Friendly:
The MG srl (holidaycasa) house is happy to welcome 4-legged friends at no additional cost.
Please note that dogs are only accepted in specific properties. The customer has the obligation to notify the agency about the size and number of the same.
Responsibility:
MG srl (holidaycasa), and its employees or agents are not responsible for any damage, loss or personal injury that could be sustained by persons or property at any time during the stay booked. Each customer is responsible for their own safety and that of their children, relatives or friends.
Due from the client:
The customer is required to review and ensure that all details issued by MGsrl are correct.
In an unlikely case where the customer does not agree with the documentation, this must be brought to our attention immediately.
Sheets and Towels:
Bed linen and towels for each bathroom and room will be included in the price. In the case of bookings of more than one week you can request, at an extra cost, the change of sheets and towels and a golf available to maintain and tidy the house during your stay.
Cots and high chairs:
Customers who need a cot and high chair can, at an extra cost, be booked only and exclusively during the booking process or through the intranet of tourists immediately after.
People with disabilities:
It is the customer's responsibility to inform MG srl (holidaycasa) of the physical and mental condition of any member of his group or family before booking.
MG srl (holidaycasa) reserves the right to refuse or modify the reservation if the holiday home would be in contradiction with the special needs of a disabled person.
In case of non-availability the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice and notice of the customer.
Age limits:
No guest under 18 years of age can book at MG srl (holidaycasa). Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age.
Services and Experiences
All services and experiences that the holidaycasa offers you are managed by third parties to whom the customer must refer, for the purchase or modification of the same and for any complaints or clarifications.

The exclusive purpose of the holidaycasa is to inform its customers about the activities and services that can be carried out in the area.
